What information we collect?

Non-Personal Information:

The first type of information we collect is aggregated, non-identifiable, non-personal information, which may be made available or gathered via the user's use of the Service (“ Non-Personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the user from which the Non-Personal Information was collected. The Non-Personal Information which is being collected may include technical information automatically transmitted by the user's device (for example, type of browser, the type of the user's device and technical information pertaining to the user's device, language preferences, time stamps, clicks and visited pages, search logs, the operating system, utilized internet service provider and other similar information.

Personal Information:

The  second type  of information is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable effort identify an individual (“ Personal Information”). Personal Information voluntarily provided by you (e.g., email address, etc.) as well as certain identifiers such as Internet Protocol (“ IP”) address. Note that, while these identifiers are considered personally identifiable information in many jurisdictions (such as the EEA), there are some jurisdictions in which such data sets are not considered as Personal Information. In the event we combine Personal Information with Non-Personal Information, the combined information will be treated as Personal Information for as long as it remains combined.

Google Analytics. This cookie is placed in order to track and analyze the use of our Services, for internal purposes. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users access the Service, what pages they visit when they do so, etc. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our Service. Google Analytics collects certain identifiers assigned to you on the date you visit sites. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Third Party Site and Services

The Services may link to third party websites, platforms, content and resources (“ Third Party Services”). Third-Party Services are not reviewed by us. We cannot control the treatment of your information by such third parties, and the privacy practices of third parties likely differ from those described in this Privacy Policy. In particular, the TV Content Services (a s defined and detailed in our Terms of Use Terms ) offered through the Product are provided by our third-party partner known as “TVMucho”. Thus, your information collected through your use of the Video Content Services is governed by TVMucho’s privacy practices, including, any information provided by you while creating an account, accessing your account, or subscribing to any of TVMucho’s services in any manner (i.e., “Sign In”, “Log In”, “Upgrade”, etc.). For How Long We Retain the Information We Collect

Unless we are instructed otherwise by users, we retain the Non-Personal Information, we collect for as long as needed to provide the Service and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Further, we retain the Personal Data, we collect for as long as legally permissible, in accordance with applicable laws.

Children Information
